The Crop... 

2 Beans and a grape (2BG) formed in 2002 with John Borgman on bass/vocals, Lyle Geoffrey Brown on drums and Marc Sveen on guitar. John and Geoff are stepbrothers and have played together since grade school.

John played professionally in San Jose and San Francisco from 1993 to 1996. He studied bass and vocals at Berklee College of Music and the New England Conservatory.

Geoff has played with Trial By Fire, DaBone, Neil Banks, and Troy Cole in Monterey. He's studied with Chicago Chuck and played with several blues bands while living in San Diego.

Marc has performed in Bands in the East bay, Chico, and in Santa Cruz.  He studied Music and Recording Arts At Chico State in the mid 90's. Now he is teaching guitar privately and studying Acid Jazz, bluegrass, and pop indepth.
